سياسة الاسترداد

A continuous unboxing video with NO CUTS, EDITS, or PAUSES is strictly mandatory for any refund, return, or replacement claims.

The video must show the SEALED OUTER SHIPPING BOX we sent before you begin opening it.

Make sure to keep the required Duracell batteries for the remote control ready beforehand.

The video must run continuously until you insert the batteries, turn on the controller, and show the RC Car running in functional working condition.

Spare parts, electronics, and accessories are non-returnable once delivered unless proven defective via this proper, continuous unboxing video.
